4 BENEFITS OF TELLING A STORY
You have heard that you can add power to your presentation by including stories. You may know that starting or ending your speech with a story can add punch or that stories are crowd-pleasers. But WHY do stories work?
From Roxann we will learn the four benefits of telling stories in own speeches. This presentation is a preview of her own upcoming workshop with Darren Lacroix on the principles of storytelling.
THE IN’S AND OUT’S OF SELF-PUBLISHING
Kay will teach us about the Ins and Outs of Self-Publishing. She has received 103 national and state awards in television and radio broadcasting, journalism and photography. The author and editor of numerous best seller’s, Kay’s recent book “Chasing the Checkered Flag” has just won the New York Book Guild award in the Children’s Fiction category. Kay will be autographing books after her presentation.
